  • How to Order

    Stock & Delivery Updates
    If an item in your order is unavailable, we’ll contact you right away. Items in stock will be dispatched as usual, and any out-of-stock items will be marked “to follow” on your delivery note. We’ll send these on at no extra cost as soon as they’re back in stock.

    Order Issues & Returns
    If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please notify us within 7 days by emailing sales@threadstudio.co.uk. For lost parcels, you may also need to contact Royal Mail or DHL. Please take photos of any damage and share them with us promptly.

    Returns and exchanges for incorrect sizes are accepted within 14 days of receipt—please notify us within 7 days. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

    To request a return, email sales@threadstudio.co.uk with your order details and the reason for return. We recommend keeping proof of postage for your records.
