    How do I place my Foxies Future Order?
    • Select the product you want to purchase.
    • Choose the size and add the quantity you require to the basket. Please double-check the sizing chart to select the correct size needed for the different items. The brands we have chosen for Foxies Future are classed as Unisex, but they differ in the sizing measurements.
    • A mini basket will appear on the right of the screen on PC, and a full page will appear on mobile. To add more items, click ‘Continue Shopping' at the bottom of the screen.
    • Once you are ready to check out, enter your postcode if in mainland UK or select from the drop-down where else in the UK you are on the delivery section on the right. If you are outside the UK, all orders must be processed offline. Please email your requirements to

    What is the cost of delivering my order?

    Single Items will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48hrs with signature service, which is now £4.49, including vat

    More than one item ordered will go via DHL Courier @ £8.95 + vat UK Mainland.

    Northern Ireland/Highlands Scotland £21.55 +vat

    Offshore UK Islands, Isle of Man & Channel Islands £23.70 +vat

    DHL orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) on a next working day delivery service, but delivery cannot be guaranteed. Note orders are mainly delivered Monday to Friday.

If delivery is outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other local fees. We have no control over these charges, and they must be paid by the individual ordering. TTS are not responsible for these charges.

    When will my order be dispatched?

    Once we have received your order, we do our best to ensure your goods are dispatched from our studio within five to seven working days. If you place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, we will begin processing it the next working day. Please understand your clothing is made to order.

    Please allow up to three more working days to deliver orders within the UK. However, at busy times, such as over the summer, your delivery may take a little longer. A DHL tracking confirmation email will be sent when large orders are dispatched. Royal Mail Tracking numbers are added to your dispatch email.
    Orders dispatched outside the UK will take longer, depending on your agreement on postage charges and transport logistics. 

    Out-of-stock items

    If any of the items you order are out of stock or no longer available after you have placed your order, we will contact you to let you know.

    If you have ordered several items and only part of the order is unavailable, we will dispatch the rest of the goods as normal, and your delivery note will then show the out-of-stock item as ‘to follow’. When stock becomes available, it will automatically be sent to you postage-free  

    Order discrepancies & Returns

    Claims for shortages or damage(s) must be made and received by The Thread Studio within 7 days of delivery of the order via email to You may also need to directly contact Royal Mail or DHL to report lost or not-delivered parcels. If your parcel is damaged in any way, please make sure you take photos and send them to us straight away.

    If you order a garment that proves to be the wrong size, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving it, provided you have told us within a reasonable time of receipt of the goods. This is 7 days. We will happily exchange it, credit your account or provide you with a refund (excluding postage). To make a return, you must send the details in writing or by email, along with your order number and your ordering address. It must be returned unworn or washed in the original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods back to us for exchange or refund, except in case of faulty, damaged, or wrongly supplied goods. Please return it in suitable packaging. We recommend obtaining a postage certificate when you return an item.
