Embroidery & Printed Logos for Garments Supplied by Thread Studio
Setup Fee (New Customers)
- A flat rate embroidery setup charge of £20.00 + VAT applies to all new flat or cap logos (standard size) for garments supplied by Thread Studio or the customer.
Embroidery Pricing (Excl. VAT)
- Standard Small Logo (Max 10 x 10 cm): £4 each (min. 10 logos).
- Narrow/Complex Logos (Chest/Sleeve/Yoke/Cap): £6.99 each (min. 10 logos).
- Large Logos (Front/Back, over 8 x 24 cm): Price on Application (POA).
Printed Logos
We offer a range of printing methods, including vinyl, screen printing, transfer printing, or direct-to-garment printing. If you have a specific branding preference, please include it in the order notes or call us directly.
Embroidered Logos (Complex Designs)
A high stitch count surcharge applies to embroidery designs with more than 20,000 stitches. This surcharge starts from £10 + VAT per logo. We will contact you for additional payment and provide a quote before processing.

Standard Logo: (Max 10 x 10 cm, less than 6,000 stitches). It is ideal for chest, sleeve, or yoke locations. Most business logos fit this size.

Complex Logo: (Max 10 x 10 cm, over 6,000 stitches). Suitable for intricate designs like crests or logos with full backgrounds.

Cap Logos: (Max 5 x 12 cm). Cap logos require a separate setup file, with a charge of £20 + VAT. Contact us for 3D logo details.

- Setup Fee: New logos incur a setup fee unless you provide a .ai, .eps, .dst, or .emb file.

- 10+ Items: £7.99 per logo.
- 25+ Items: £6.99 per logo.
- 50+ Items: £5.50 per logo.
Large Logo Pricing (Excl. VAT)
- 10+ Items: £9.99 per logo.
- 25+ Items: £8.99 per logo.
- 50+ Items: £8.50 per logo.
Artwork Submission
Please email your artwork to sales@threadstudio.co.uk. We accept the following file formats: .eps, .ai, .jpeg, .png, .pdf, .svc. If you do not have these file formats, email an image link for us to create a file, which may incur an additional setup fee.
