- How to Order
How to Order Your Custom Product
1. Choose Your Product
Browse and select the item you'd like to customise. Choose your preferred size, colour, or other options.2. Go to Checkout
Enter your contact details, including your email and phone number so we can stay in touch.3. Add Customisation (Optional)
During checkout, you can choose to add personalisation such as embroidery or print. Or, simply proceed with the item unbranded.4. Design Confirmation
After checkout, we’ll get in touch to confirm your design and offer any advice you might need.5. Approve Your Artwork
We’ll prepare a digital proof of your design for your approval before we begin production.6. Production & Delivery
Once approved, your custom item will be produced and shipped. Production typically takes 7–10 working days, with delivery in 1–2 days thereafter. - Delivery and Collection
Delivery and Collection
Lead time: 7–10 working days after artwork approval
Standard delivery: £9.95 (Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm)
Click & Collect: Free – ready within 10 working days from our Southampton location
