How much does delivery cost?
- Single Items: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48hrs with signature service for £4.49 (including VAT).
- Multiple Items: Sent via DHL Courier for £8.95 + VAT (UK Mainland).
- Northern Ireland/Scottish Highlands: Delivery is £21.55 + VAT.
- Offshore UK Islands, Isle of Man & Channel Islands: Delivery is £23.70 + VAT.
All DHL orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) on a next working day delivery service, though delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Note that deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday.

Overseas Deliveries: For international orders, please email your order and address (including zip code and country) to sales@threadstudio.co.uk. We will confirm delivery costs based on the order’s weight, size, and destination. International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or other local fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. The Thread Studio (TTS) is not responsible for these charges.
Dispatch Times
When will my order be dispatched?
Once your order is received, we aim to dispatch it within 5-7 working days. Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
All garments are made to order, so please allow an additional 3 working days for delivery within the UK. During busy periods, such as summer, deliveries may take longer. You will receive a DHL tracking confirmation email for large orders, and Royal Mail tracking numbers will be provided in your dispatch email.
For international deliveries, dispatch and delivery times may vary depending on postage agreements and logistics.
Out-of-Stock Items
If any item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you immediately. For partial orders, available items will be dispatched as normal, and the delivery note will mark the out-of-stock item as "to follow". The missing item will be shipped to you as soon as it’s available, free of charge.
Order Issues & Returns
Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery by emailing foxies@threadstudio.co.uk. You may also need to contact Royal Mail or DHL if parcels are lost or undelivered. Please take photos of any damaged parcels and send them to us immediately.
Returns and exchanges for incorrect sizes are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order, provided you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging. You are responsible for the return postage cost unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
To return an item, send your order details and reason for return via email to foxies@threadstudio.co.uk. We recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records.

How to Place Your Foxies Future Order
- Select Your Product: Browse our range and select the product you want to buy.
- Choose Size and Quantity: Pick your size and enter the quantity required. Be sure to check the sizing chart, as our Foxies Future items are Unisex but vary in measurements.
- Add to Basket: After selecting your size, add the item to your basket. A mini basket will appear on the right for desktop users, while mobile users will see a full-page view.
- Continue Shopping: If you'd like to add more items, click 'Continue Shopping' at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter Delivery Information: When you're ready to check out, enter your postcode if you're in mainland UK. For other UK regions, select your area from the drop-down menu. If you’re ordering from outside the UK, please email your order details to foxies@threadstudio.co.uk to process it offline.
- Proceed to Checkout: Once your basket is ready, click 'Proceed to Secure Checkout.'
- Choose Your Checkout Method: You can either check out as a guest, create an account, or log in if you're a returning customer.
